A bit about the job: Here at Aviva, ServiceNow has been deployed across the estate in a variety of areas and rapidly expanding, this includes (but not limited to) HR, IT, FSO, etc.
This is a platform core to Aviva Employees (and some Third Parties) in helping to ensure Aviva spends less time with internal processes and procedures and more time with its customers.
Aviva is delivering change with the ServiceNow product through the Agile Methodology process and will be using ServiceNow Demand Management, Agile Development, Release / Change to manage the Change.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with the Demand Manager to: Break requirements down submitted through the Demand / Ideation process into user stories suitable for iterative, incremental development.
Create roadmaps based on approved demands and monitor progress against plans.
Provide any key communications / reporting based on progress.
Be an interface between the Development teams and wider business.
Work with various boards eg Demand Board, Technical Governance Board to ensure the designs / stories chosen meet the necessary platform and Aviva governance.
Our team is split between permanent members of staff and therefore involves good stakeholder management.
Experience with different stakeholder groups would be expected.
Aviva operates a "smart-working" policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office, and this role is based in Norwich.
Skills and experience we're looking for: A ServiceNow expert, with an understanding of the Now Platform capabilities.
Good experience with the IT modules, Sourcing & Procurement Ops modules, Accounts Payable modules, HRSD module, Financial Service Operations (FSO) modules.
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or DevOps methodologies, with awareness of ITILv3 Framework.
Experience working with third-party software partners.
Strong engagement, communication, and facilitation skills, including an excitement for the process of motivating and aligning stakeholders.

Starting salary between £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
