Servicenow Automatepro

Role description: Looking for a ServiceNow automatepro profiles with implementation knowledge in ServiceNow modules.
Key responsibilities: ? Implement AutomatePro toolset mainly AutoTest and migrate the manual test cases to AutoTest.
? Act as an SME to guide the team to automate the test cases ? Implement the best practice guide for AutomatePro ? Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes ? Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes.
? Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment.
? Design and execute testing procedures to extract data from test runs.
Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behaviour.
Key skills/knowledge/experience: ? Strong implementation knowledge in AutomatePro.
? E2E implementation and onboarding of AutomatePro Auto Test.
? Migration of ATF and other manual test cases to Auto Test ? Experience in Auto Dev, Auto Deploy and Auto Monitor.
? Good development experience.
? Good understanding of Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Templates, Service Portal etc ? Experiences and understanding of Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
