ServiceNow Platform Architect Employment Type: Full Time Location: Luton or Macclesfield – Hybrid 3 days in Office The World's #1 Biopharmaceutical Company is searching for an exceptional ServiceNow Platform Architect as it continues to push the boundaries of science to deliver life changing medicines to those that need it most.
The company has been harnessing the power of ServiceNow in recent years to automate processes, deliver self-service tools and integrate disparate systems in order to boost scientists' productivity.
The Opportunity: With 36 high-performing ServiceNow Professionals across the globe, the team requires a hands on technical expert to help lead across its integration strategy and to support large-scale enterprise transformation programmes that complement the organisations' transformation agenda.
As the Technical Design Authority, you'll oversee enhancements to the existing Now platform, championing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to maintain data consistency and quality, whilst also playing the role of Product Owner for its ServiceNow platform interfaces such as Virtual Agents, Portals, Mobile Apps.
Essential Skills & Experience: • Delivery of large-scale ServiceNow transformation projects • Solid understanding and experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in data modelling and configuration.
• Certification in ServiceNow administration and related areas is highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of data management principles, data modelling techniques, and data governance practices.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
• Proficiency in data modelling concepts and relational databases.
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration • Ability to analyse sophisticated data requirements and business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Wider IT infrastructure and how it works with ServiceNow • Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and how it all joins up, in particular a good grasp of the data model • Ability to work in a fast paced, meaningful, and varied environment • Scrum (Agile) development process • Architectural frameworks e.g., TOGAF 9+, IT4IT • Certified ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in relevant product(s)) Benefits Package: • Base salary: £95,000 - £115,000 – DOE • Benefit Fund: 11% • Car Allowance: £7,500 • LTI Shares: LTI shares 10% • Annual Bonus: 18% rising to 36% based on company performance • Annual Leave: 25 days + Public Holidays + Purchase an additional 10 days per annum • Healthcare: Bupa Medical Insurance • Pension: 12% Matched Contribution • Relocation Package: If you are prepared to make a lasting impact on the biopharmaceutical field, we wholeheartedly invite you to embark on this transformative ServiceNow journey.
