We are looking to add a Field Service Engineer in the region Midlands / M4 Corridor Look at our recruitment video to get an impression: https://vimeo.com/705632988 Functions include but not limited to: Installation and service of Skalar laboratory analyzers throughout the United Kingdom Training of customers on use and maintenance of equipment at facility locations Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment locally and at customer locations rovide telephone support and service/CRM database entry of issues and documentation of work performed Requirements: Minimum of an Associate's degree chemistry / chemical engineering or equivalent, a Bachelor's degree in chemistry / chemical engineering is preferred or a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering Previous experience with Skalar analyzers is a definite plus Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and repair instrumentation Affinity towards learning new software programs Reliable and dependable, self-motivated, capable of working unsupervised as part of a team Frequent travel to a variety of industrial facilities (50%-75%) Maintain home office for remote work when not traveling Professional appearance and attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers Valid driver's license and passport or ability acquire one We offer: A challenging and dynamic career within a growing multinational organization Open and collegial environment working with industry leaders Competitive salary with benefits, company phone and laptop For more information on Skalar: http://www.skalar.com Job Type: Full-time.
