Service Technician Location: UK-wide with occasional overnight stays Salary: £30,000 with annual pay reviews About Us We specialise in wastewater management solutions, dedicated to supporting our clients with high-quality chemical and equipment services.
We're looking for a skilled and proactive Service Technician to join our team, providing essential on-site support and maintenance while upholding our high standards.
Role Overview As a Service Technician, you will visit client sites to ensure the optimal utilisation of our chemistry and plant equipment to meet specific wastewater discharge consent limits.
This includes servicing, assembling, and installing equipment and rental units.
Youll also take an active role in promoting our products and services to clients, ensuring exceptional service, compliance, and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities Ensure correct usage of our products and equipment to meet client needs, discharge limits, and standards.
Assemble, install, and maintain equipment at client sites, providing detailed condition reports for rental units post-hire.
Actively promote chemicals, parts, and service work to new and existing clients.
Provide comprehensive Site Visit Reports to support follow-up work and service level agreements (SLAs).
Plan efficient routes to reduce travel mileage, minimizing the impact on both the environment and business costs.
