Service Technician

OutThere RPO are recruiting for one of our clients based in Andover.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the business forward in the UK.
You will be responsible for mechanical servicing, repairs and diagnostics.
You will be the face of the brand therefore communication and the ability to build rapport with customers is essential.
You must have extensive mechanical knowledge and the ability to show tenacity when dealing with complex mechanical issues, always delivering solutions.
Requirements ?        Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic diagnostics and repairs on simple plant and machinery ?        Carry out pre-hire inspections and relevant servicing to hire machines ?        Carry out warranty work at customer locations using the company's mobile workshop service vehicle ?        Inspections of returned hire machines and complete the relevant paperwork with damages found ?        Wash off, inspect and prepare demonstration machines for the Sales Team ?        Inspections on hire & loan machines upon return to the depot and prepare for the next hire and or loan ?        Service work to customer products to all makes and sizes, ensuring that your knowledge is up to date and relevant Benefits 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Competitive salary
