Job DescriptionOur client operates a large prestige dealership and are now looking to recruit an experienced and successful Service Team Manager to run a small team within the service department on a daily basis, reporting in to the Aftersales Manager.The role would suit the following: Senior Service AdvisorAssistant Service ManagerService ManagerTeam ManagerReception Manager Service Team Manager Role: Managing, coaching and motivating employees to ensure a high quality of staff.Controlling cost management for the departmentCompiling and maintaining a resource plan for the workshop and load optimisation.Together with the Aftersales Manager, monitoring performance against agreed targets.Performance analysis to identify areas of weakness and appropriate, targeted marketing activity.Reviewing CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction.
Service Team Manager – Requirements Ideally be an experienced and well established Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager / Reception Manager who is successful in their current positionYou will need to be a 'leader' of people and an ambassador for the brand and dealer groupCan demonstrate a stable career pathIdeally you will have prestige background In return you will be working in excellent facilities, for a company who can offer long-term career progression and a rewarding packagePackage: Basic £29K OTE circa £37K
