NHS 24 is a patient-focused service providing the people of Scotland with triage, advice, guidance, referral and information on health and healthcare servicesOur Regional Centres are located at Hillington, Cardonald, Clydebank, South Queensferry, Dundee and Aberdeen.
This post will be based in our Dundee Regional Centre.
The successful candidate may be required to travel between regional centres depending on national availability.The RoleThis role will provide support to NHS 24 services within a contact centre environment.
As a Service Support Coordinator, you will support your NHS 24 colleagues to ensure the delivery of effective and appropriate care is being provided at all times.
This post involves shift working and will also require weekend working and public holiday working.
The working pattern can change, although, sufficient notice would be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesTo provide a supporting role to all internal staff and external visitors to NHS 24
