In this role, you will be responsible for the safe execution of maintenance services, including the management of people and equipment.
You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your positive and strong leadership to run prestart meetings, allocate daily tasks, and work closely with various stakeholders in a multidisciplinary environment.
This role will see you FIFO from Perth, to required mine sites.
To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate experience working in a similar role and have experience in managing projects and teams.
You will be responsible for the daily planning and execution of maintenance activities to required timeframes and quality requirements.DutiesProvide Leadership whilst carryout supervision of trades, sub-contractors on shutdowns across sites throughout WAConduct planning and scheduling of crew's workloads to meet shut requirements and timeframesEnsure all work is undertaken in a safe & timely manner in accordance FLS's and client's requirementsLead FLS Safety culture by example by conducting pre-start & post shift debriefs, conduct safety leadership tours / field Interactions etcSkills & ExperienceProven "hands on" Supervisory experience in fixed pant and counterbalance machines including but not limited to crushers, mills, apron feeders, pumps, stackers, reclaimers etcSound knowledge of metalliferous operating & process facilities i.e.
