Service Receptionist Administrator

Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Service Entry Data Administrator Receptionist for an Innovative Community Substance Misuse Recovery Service based in HX1 Halifax Calderdale of West Yorkshire, who is really passionate about providing a personal recovery service.
This role is working full or part time with hours 37.5 or 30 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am-5pm across 4 or 5 days.
The post holder will work fully onsite supporting support service users right from the beginning of starting treatment.
You will help triage the admin of flexible & realistic support packages & giving practical advice & information to service users, their families & friends, & professionals regarding that support where possible.
You will also maintain accurate records & actively promote the rights & responsibilities of service users.
In return for your commitment, we are able to offer a very competitive rate of pay of between £12.25 – £14.52 per hour dependent on experience.
