Service Reception Manager required by my Main Dealer Motor Garage based in the Epsom area of Surrey.
Job Role – Service Reception Manager Job Location – Epsom, SurreySalary upto £38,000Hours: 45 hours per week You will have previously worked in a similar role, or perhaps a Service Manager, Front of House Manager, Workshop Controller, Service Reception Manager or Senior Service Advisor.
Service Reception Manager Role: You will need to lead by example on a daily basisHave an enthusiastic and passionate personality to drive and motivate your team.You will be expected to help resolve staff and customer concerns as they arise and take responsibility for hitting business objectives.To oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations in the absence of the service managerTo challenge and drive the performance of the front-of-house staffManaging, coaching and motivating employees to ensure a high quality of staff.Assist with Monitoring performance against agreed targets.Ensuring correct completion of Vehicle Health Checks, up sell conversions and follow up of unsold, deferred work process.
About You: Preferably a minimum of 3-years experience as a Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller / Service Reception Manager / Assistant Service Manager who is highly successful in their current position or already in a similar roleYou will need to be a 'leader' of people and an ambassador for the brand and dealer groupCan demonstrate a stable career pathBe capable of balancing the hands-on approach of helping your team, along with running the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
