The UK service department with headquarters in Warrington is responsible for service and maintenance of all Vestas' wind farms in the country.

Responsibilities As a LPF Agent, you will be responsible for: Technical analysis and preparation of service orders related to proactive work Analysis of alarms and turbine behavior in various tools Evaluate priority of work and suggest bundling opportunities to work orders Communication with technicians, dispatchers, and our technical and engineering support team Continuous improvement, including proactive search for areas for improvement, as well as strategic and long-term approach to planning future tasks Qualifications At the professional level, it is desired that you have: Experience with technical planning/ technical support, ideally obtained in a technical environment alternatively wind turbine technician newly qualified engineer (e.g., mechanical or electrical) Electrician in an established role with a focus on technical specifications, documentation and reporting Preferably fluent skills in English Good IT skills, SAP/Salesforce experience is welcome Competencies When it comes to personal qualities, we expect you to have: General understanding of WTG technology and an interest in diving into technical documentation Good communication skills both oral and in writing Structured and solution-oriented approach to daily tasks Ability to think clearly in a time-sensitive setting, as well as the ability to handle varying workloads and tasks What we offerWe are a team consisting of skilled and committed colleagues who are interested in renewable energy.
