We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Service Demand Planning Associate to support our mission of meeting business strategic goals through effective demand-supply management in our technical services function.Mission Statement:As a Service Demand Planning Associate, you will coordinate the supply-demand balancing process to meet customer needs across the UK and ROI.
You will be a vital member of the Service Excellence team, reporting to the Service Demand Planning Manager.Key Responsibilities:- Utilise digital tools and systems to monitor service activity demand and supply, identifying and resolving imbalances.- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address supply issues and ensure efficient service delivery.- Support weekly Demand-Supply balance meetings with insights for informed decision-making.- Ensure data accuracy and process adherence for optimal inventory management.- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding demand planning updates.What We Are Looking For:- A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Mathematics (A-C grades).- Experience in demand planning or a technology-led environment, preferably in healthcare.- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.- Familiarity with CRM systems and strong data analysis skills.- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.Qualifications & Experience:- Knowledge of UK and Irish geography is highly beneficial.- Experience using enterprise information systems (e.G., SAP, ERP, SalesForce).- A proactive and resilient team player who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced setting.Key Contributions/Impact:- Ensure successful deployment of field service personnel to meet customer expectations.- Identify and escalate recurring demand planning issues until resolved.- Contribute to supply chain process improvements focusing on continuous learning and development.
