Service & Parts Co-Ordinator

Role: Service & Parts Co-Ordinator Location: Evesham Salary: £28k -£32 DOE Days: Mon - Fri Wright Staff Recruitment are currently representing a global leader within the Construction sector who are looking for a Service and Parts Co-Ordinator to join their ever growing team.
Role: Key duties will include the following: · Processing a high-volume of emails, both internally and externally.
· Taking incoming and making outgoing calls.
· Troubleshooting & assisting customer enquiries.
· Scheduling technician appointments & processing job cards.
· KPI reporting of warranty claims with monthly postings.
· Managing parts & components stock portfolio.
· Receiving and processing orders from customers.

Experience: Service & Parts within Construction / Agricultural / Automative Industry 1 year (preferred) Administration: 1 year (preferred) Fork Lift (Reach) Licence (preferred) Previous experience with Sage 200 and knowledge of Heavy Plant Machinery would be extremely adventageous in this role, but not a deal breaker.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 14:30 Wright Staff are acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy.
