They are now looking to recruit an experienced Service Parts Advisor with a strong background in main dealership environments.

Job Overview: As a Service Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and providing accurate parts for vehicle repairs, while working closely with customers and technicians.
Your in-depth knowledge of automotive parts and main dealership processes will help deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify and source parts for vehicle repairs and services based on manufacturer specifications.
- Advise customers and technicians on parts availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Manage and maintain accurate stock levels, handling inventory and ensuring timely ordering of parts.
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and via phone or email.
- Collaborate closely with the service department to ensure smooth workflow and timely repairs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest parts knowledge, systems, and industry standards.
Key Requirements: - Level 4 English proficiency or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in a main dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, including aftermarket accessories.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with dealership management software (e.g., Pinnacle, Kerridge, etc.)
is desirable.
