Service Manager – Worcester – £40,000 – £60,000

Coulter Elite Resourcing is currently looking for a Service Manager to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who specialize in JCB plant equipment.
Principal Responsibilities for the Service Manager: Oversee and manage the service operations for JCB plant equipment.
Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Manage, train, and support service staff to enhance performance and productivity.
Implement and monitor service policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
Person Specification: Proven experience as a Service Manager in the heavy equipment or plant machinery industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Knowledge of JCB plant equipment and relevant industry standards.
This is a full-time permanent Service Manager position, offering an annual salary of £40,000 – £60,000 plus company benefits including 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, a pension scheme, a discount scheme on all company products, and free car parking.
