Job DescriptionOur client is a privately owned dealership group who are looking to recruit an experienced and successful Service Manager to run their service department, in a small main dealershipLocation – PlymouthSalary will be £29,000 – OTE Uncapped £35,000 UpwardsManaging a small team of 5 Technicians, 2 Service advisors Service Manager Role:To oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations Reviewing CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfactionTo challenge and drive the performance of the Service department staffManage, coach and motivate your team to build long-term staff delight and potential progressionControlling costs for the departmentMonitoring performance against agreed targets / budgetsTo control the recruitment process, as requiredPerformance analysis to identify areas of weakness and appropriate, targeted marketing activity.Review Service KPIs on a regular basis to track / monitor performance and identify trendsService Manager Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager who is successful in their current positionYou will need to be a 'leader' of people and an ambassador for the brand and dealer groupCan demonstrate a stable career pathIn return you will be working in excellent facilities, for a company who can offer long-term career progression and a rewarding packagePackage:Basic £29K + Bonus OTE up to £35,000 "Service Advisor" OR "aftersales consultant" OR "service consultant" OR "service reception" OR "service team manager" OR "service adviser" OR "STM" or "controller" or "warranty" or "parts" or "workshop controller" or "service manager" or "parts manager"
