Service Manager Building Services Up to 60k Package We are recruiting for a growing HVAC organisation who are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead the organisations service department, to help grow the department, take ownership of the processes and systems which are a key component of this role.
The role requires someone with experience of growing a service department and building the service offering to their clients.
Someone used to going out there and quoting and winning new contracts.
This role is based from home and also from their Head Office, with flexibility to work from home as and when required.
This service managers role is covering various ppm and reactive maintenance contracts across the Commercial and Industrial sectors.
Service Manager Package Salary up to £60,000 Vehicle or Car Allowance Pension Healthcare Bonus Service Manager - Requirements Used to leading H&S in an organisation - Essential HVAC knowledge Essential NVQ level2 or above Desirable Full Driving Licence - Desirable CRB Checked Essential IT Skills and Report Writing - Essential This would suit someone who has worked within M&E, Construction, Building Services.
Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or within other applicable industries.
