Our client is seeking a dedicated Care Manager to oversee Supported Living Services for individuals with complex learning disabilities and autism in Harrow and High Wycombe.

They provide:Annual salary of £35KFulfilling role with a significant impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilitiesOpportunity to lead and develop professional care teams in Harrow and Wycombe The Role: As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in: Ensuring all beds are filled at both supported living services - 12 beds in totalLeading the delivery of high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities and autismManaging and developing care teams to ensure exceptional service provisionOverseeing the operational management of supported living servicesEnsuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in careImplementing person-centred care plans tailored to individual needsLiaising with families, healthcare professionals, and external agenciesDriving continuous improvement in care services and outcomes The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Care Manager position will possess: Proven experience in managing care services for individuals with learning disabilitiesStrong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a teamA thorough understanding of care regulations and the ability to ensure complianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationA commitment to delivering person-centred care with compassion and respectThe capability to handle multiple tasks and make informed decisions under pressureA minimum of NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care The client is a well-established care provider known for delivering exceptional supported living services to individuals with complex learning disabilities and autism.
