Requirements
Office Location: Peterborough
Duties/Responsibilities:
Office
Provide reports on any defects or issues for goods in to Quality Departments.
Manage Warranty claims from our dealers.
Liaising with Tech Support when neccesary.
Creating reports for any warranty claims and send to Tech Support/ Warranty Deparmtent) Conduct weekly warranty meetings with Support team.
Inc Quarterly Warranty invoice reports.
Liaise with OEM Warranty Departments on the issues.
Managing spare parts sales for dealers and customers.
Manage warranty parts stock.
Manage sales parts stock.
Prepare customer quotations for service visit requests.
Warehouse
On/Off load generator deliveries from factory and customers.
On/Off load supplier deliveries and despatches.
Manage genset stock including collection/delivery planning, general warehouse efficiency.
Pre-delivery inspections of sold products and ensure paperwork completed and assigned.
Site Based
Supervise the devining progress, if required.
Visiting customer sites for warranty claims (Inspection and on site repair for Teksan issues) Support customer engineering teams for Teksan engineering and servicing needs.
Assist the engine manufacurers field service departments on site, if required.
Generator servicing at customer locations.
Qualifications
Graduated from relevant departments of Universities (Business Administration, Finance) Fluent in spoken and written of English, Fluency in a second European language (German, French, or Spanish) is a strong asset.
3+ years of experience in Diesel and Gas generator maintenance, Industry certified Electrical Qualification (HND/ HNC or higher), Familiarity with warranty process workflows.
Ability to work autnomously, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications , 1+ year of experience using SAP systems.
1+ year of experience with CRM tools.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to take the initiative and work independently.
Proven experience in developing management reports and presentations.
We are looking for a Service Manager.
