The Role: Parico is seeking an experienced Service Manager who prospers against the challenge of working closely with a small business to solve complex and challenging problems across the Public Sector landscape.

Responsibilities include: Manage, Monitor and Coordinate all incident responses for the service.
Produce and mature Problem, Knowledge and Incident working instructions.
Monitor the service request queue in conjunction with the engineers ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered too.
Conduct Post Incident Reviews (PIRs) and produce all the subsequent incident documentation.
Conduct daily Point of Contact (POC) workshops with the lead engineer(s).
Stakeholder engagement ensuring all relevant parties have situational awareness of any service incidents.
Help coordinate planned outages and any subsequent end user communications.
Produce and present weekly metrics reports to the Senior Management team.
Design and implement a greenfield Service Desk including processes and Service Level Agreement documentation.

Excellent project management skills and proactive visibility over tasks and responsibilities.
A Microsoft Office savvy person that thrives on producing quality artefacts and reports.
A reliable and trustworthy individual that is a go-getter.
Someone confident and resourceful that can find creative solutions to issues at hand.
Hold a UK Driving Licence and able to achieve UK Security Clearance.
Ability to hold a minimum of UK Security Clearance (SC).
