Office Location: Office
Provide reports on any defects or issues for goods in to Quality Departments.
Manage Warranty claims from our dealers.
Liaising with Tech Support when neccesary.
Creating reports for any warranty claims and send to Tech Support/ Warranty Deparmtent)
Conduct weekly warranty meetings with Support team.
Prepare customer quotations for service visit requests.

Manage genset stock including collection/delivery planning, general warehouse efficiency.
Pre-delivery inspections of sold products and ensure paperwork completed and assigned.

Visiting customer sites for warranty claims (Inspection and on site repair for Teksan issues)
Support customer engineering teams for Teksan engineering and servicing needs.
Assist the engine manufacurers field service departments on site, if required.
Generator servicing at customer locations.

Fluent in spoken and written of English,
~ Fluency in a second European language (German, French, or Spanish) is a strong asset.
~3+ years of experience in Diesel and Gas generator maintenance,
~ Industry certified Electrical Qualification (HND/ HNC or higher),
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ,
~1+ year of experience using SAP systems.
~1+ year of experience with CRM tools.
~ Proven experience in developing management reports and presentations.
