Service Manager Vacancy - Northampton Main DealerDue to their current Service Manager retiring, our client, a large and very reputable dealership, is looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join their team in Northampton.

The Role• Manage a team of 4, including a Service Advisor, a Warranty Advisor and 2 Parts People• Oversee day-to-day service desk operations• Continue to give the highest level of customer service at all times• Liaise constantly with the technical teams to ensure communication is delivered to customers• Maintain a continuous support and training function to your team• Handle any potential queries from ongoing issues with customers Experience Required • Experience in a Service manager or Senior Service Advisor role within a main dealership• Strong leadership and team management skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities• Understanding of warranty processes and procedures• Have exceptional Customer Service experience • Location: Northampton• Basic Salary: £40,000 + Bonus• OTE: £48,000• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm• 1 in 3 Saturdays
