Service Management License Analyst

This role is available to current employees within IT Services at the University of Leeds only This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Role OverviewAs License Analyst, you will help support the development and implementation of service delivery processes and standards. Your role will involve:
Supporting the gathering of licensing requirements from stakeholder groups.Managing and coordinating a range of Licensing processes.Documenting and reporting on Licensing processes and supporting associated governance activities.Providing advice and guidance when necessary.You will work as part of the Service Management Licensing team and will support a diverse range of processes, including the Contract Information for Software Compliance (CISC) process with IT.
