Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Administrator at Custom Intelligent Security.
The Service Administrator will be responsible for daily administrative assistance to our Service Helpdesk, Small Works and PPM Team.
The Service Administrator will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations and providing excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: • Clients Emails - Request for information – co-ordinate emails to relevant person and/or provide info • Open & Close jobs on CRM – respond to clients and advise dept.
manager via on-call emails • Review & Co-ordinate Engineer Call sheets – Service & Maintenances Departments • Pass on Further Actions & Information to Account Managers / Line Managers • Invoice Requests / Admin Close jobs / Issue call sheets to clients – Service & Maintenance Departments • Daily Checks on CRM – Service & Maintenance • Book Jobs with clients • Request & Issue RAMS • Permit application • Parking Requests • Sub-contractors Works & Documentation • NSI – Admin requirements • H&S – Admin Requirements • False Alarm Management – Monthly Statistics • Service & Maintenance Statistics • Service Kit Co-ordination • Administration • Callout Rota Administration • Sub-Contractors file/schedule Administration • Remote Monitoring – Set-up & Client Administration • Engineering Admin Requirements Requirements: Excellent communication skills Strong customer service skills Proficiency in administrative assistance Technical support knowledge and experience Experience in providing training to customers or colleagues Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Organisational and problem-solving abilities Experience in the security industry is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office Package/Benefits: 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
