Who you'll be supporting & more about the role: We're looking for a Service Leader who is caring, dedicated, loves working with people and share the values that make our charity so special.
Within this role, you will manage 5 services, you will manage these teams to support many individuals, with a range of different needs, to help them to live their best lives possible.
With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community.
You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.
In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area.
You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e.
Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
