Job summary GP Care is a social enterprise, based in Bristol, supportingthe delivery of diagnostic and treatment services in community settings acrossthe South West.
The majority of services are NHS commissioned and include deepvein thrombosis (DVT) diagnostic and treatment clinics and one stop urologydiagnostic and treatment services.
We also provide a minor surgery service forself-funding patients.
While over 95% of patients each month rate the servicethey receive as good or very good, GP Care is not complacent and is alwaysstriving to do more to ensure the best treatment and care for people using ourservices.If you are looking for a new position in an organisationwhere you can make a difference, this may be the role for you.
You will be supported and have theopportunity to build on and further develop the delivery of our highly regardedcommunity urology services.
Delivering community based, consultant leddiagnostic and treatment clinics primarily across Bristol, North Somerset andSouth Gloucestershire, you will also work alongside the existing UrologyService Lead whose focus is on service delivery in Gloucestershire and Swindon.Working closely with the clinical and logistics teams, you will be responsiblefor overseeing the planning and delivery of these services, while working withour performance team to analyse the activity and feedback we receive.

Main duties of the job You will be patient centred, proactive and positive, withstrong organisational skills and a track record of problem solving.
Ideallyfrom an operational background, you will be able to demonstrate the ability towork with colleagues to plan and coordinate resources to ensure clinic capacityis fully and flexibly utilised in order to meet clinical requirements as wellas the achievement of patient access targets.
