Join LiveWest as our Service Lead - Housing Services and help shape the future of our supporting housing services across the South West.
In this role, you will lead a dispersed team, delivering a best-in-class, customer focused tenancy, estate, housing management and managing agent services across multiple site and client groups across the South West.
You will ensure readiness for funding reform and contingency planning for schemes that may become non-viable or less effective.
Your service will include those regulated by Ofsted.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage supported housing services within a registered provider setting.
Ensure excellence in customer-focused tenancy, estate, housing management and managing agent services.
Manage services that include regulatory oversight by Ofsted.
Drive improvements while maintaining efficient service delivery across geographically dispersed teams.
You can be based in any of our offices, Exeter, Weston-super-Mare or Tolvaddon with hybrid working (2-3 days in the office, dependent on business need).

About The Candidate To be successful in this role, you will have the skills, knowledge and experience for a Level 3 role (please see our candidate information pack) and the following: Proven experience managing supported housing services within social housing or a related profession.
A strong understanding of tenancy law and supported housing.
Good level of understanding of the needs of vulnerable people in a supported housing environment.
Understanding of regulatory regime of social housing, policy, good practice, current trends and application and landlord and tenant law.
Resilience, leadership skills and the ability to foster resilience within your team.
CIH Level 4 qualification (or equivalent), with a commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and your team.
Experience leading dispersed teams to deliver consistent and high-quality services.
