), Company vehicle, Comprehensive pension schemeOur client is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a rapidly growing global water technology company.Responsibilities include:-Preventative maintenance and commissioning work -Weekly reports, timesheets and all other documentation -After sales technical and commercial support -Develop a good relationship with customers and maintain that by providing great quality service -Upgrades and refurbishments-Provide regular feedback to your line manager-Breakdown work – troubleshooting /fault findingRequirements:-A qualification or equivalent in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related -Experience and knowledge of water treatment is desired although not essential -Must posses a full UK Driving License -Passionate about providing high quality service to customers -Able to handle challenging conversations with customers and find a resolution
