What You Will Do: Conduct diagnosis, planned maintenance, and repair jobs independently, primarily at customer sites within a 50-mile radius of Bedford.
Occasionally carry out repairs in the Bedford workshop, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
Develop strong, professional relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor on the equipment supported.
Utilize analytical and logical thinking to solve technical issues and overcome problems independently.
Embrace new ideas, products, and technologies to support business growth and market expansion.
Ensure all activities are conducted in line with company policies and customer expectations, maintaining a professional and technically capable approach.
What You Will Bring: A minimum of 5 years of field service experience, with at least 3 years in the compressed air industry.
A full, preferably clean, driving licence, with the capability to tow a trailer.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Office 365, and the adaptability to work with similar software.
A proactive approach to embracing new ideas and technologies.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
