Overall responsibilities Servicing, repairs of equipment in accordance with the Company's contractual obligations in an economic and profitable manner.
Take overall responsibility for the fire alarm systems.

Specific responsibilities Carry out planned maintenance visits when requested by the Coordinator.

React to customer call-outs during normal office hours when requested by the Coordinator.

Complete all necessary service documentation, on time and accurately.
Provide detailed reports for all remedial works required Work safely, abiding by all Risk Assessments and Method Statements Complete and submit monthly timesheets, including authorised overtime claims.
Complete and submit monthly expense claims.
Complete the service management system at the correct times Accurately complete service reports for each and every job, ensuring additional materials and labour for invoicing is recorded.
Strive to achieve and maintain a 95% plus performance in relation to all aspects of the position Efficient completion of daily tasks, including informing office of potential delays Good time keeping Accurate use of service reporting system Monthly expense claim submittal Accurate and professional service reporting Practical and technical knowledge of BS5839 Part 1 2017 Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to join the team and make a difference in the fire and security industry.
