The Role As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, providing efficient troubleshooting and resolutions.
Working in a hybrid setup, youll collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure systems run smoothly while contributing to ongoing improvements in IT services.
Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve incidents raised via the service desk, escalating when necessary.
Monitor and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems.
Support end-users with IT queries, providing excellent customer service.
Document and update technical solutions and procedures.
Assist with software and hardware installations, upgrades, and configurations.
Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve IT processes.
About You The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, a passion for technology, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
You should have: Proven experience in a service desk or IT support role.
A solid understanding of Windows operating systems and Office 365.
Familiarity with network troubleshooting (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Knowledge of Active Directory administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.
