Accenture is looking for an experienced Deskside Support Engineer to join our expanding team in Glasgow.
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will:
Troubleshoot Hardware issues including, Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, Docking stations, Mobile Phones and Printers.
Manage escalations from the Help desk remote team.
Capture all interactions and ticket resolutions within our ticketing system Service Now to aid trending and service improvements.
Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft365, Exchange, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft365 Products (Outlook, OneDrive, Words etc.
)
Experience building devices using Intune and conducting user Onboarding/Offboarding.
Experience with AV and Teams Meeting Room Support.
Microsoft or any other IT Certifications.
Working knowledge of Service Now, Adobe products and DocuSign.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS) is an important asset.
PowerShell and working knowledge of IT Security best practices.
