Service Desk Analyst

We require an experienced, technically qualified, enthusiastic and approachable individual to join our ICT department providing ICT technical 1ST line service desk support.
You must have relevant experience in a busy service desk environment providing technical customer support to various levels of users.You will have good customer service skills and work ethics; have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own or as part of a team.You will have a minimum of HNC/HND in a computer related subject.You may be required to take part in a weekend working rota.Please note that the majority of correspondence is sent by e-mail, therefore please check your e-mail regularly (including junk folders) and your Jobtrain account for updates.NHS Forth Valley is positive about disabled people and is committed to offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job.
