Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst – 3-month Contract – Bristol My legal client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support for a 3-month contract.
This opportunity will involve service desk issues which will be handled by telephone or email.
The customer is looking for support with ITIL, Service Now and iManage.
The Service Desk Analys twould be required to triage and resolve tickets (Non law firm specific and Law firm specific tickets).
The Ideal Service Desk Analyst would have strong experience with ITIL, Service Now and Law Firm applications such as iManage.
Service Desk Analyst Requirements Recent IT Service Desk experience within the legal Sector Previous experience of working within a Legal Service Desk Analystrole Windows 10/11 – Administration & Support Service Now experience essential Law firm applications such as iManage ITIL practices – implementing practices Microsoft Office applications (M365) – Administration & Support Active Directory experience Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Excellent Diagnostic and resolution skills Proficiency using ITSM ticket management system – ServiceNow The successful Service Desk Analystis required onsite in Bristol.
