Service Desk Analyst – 3-month Contract – Bristol My client in the legal sector is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 3-month contract to deliver IT support.
This role focuses on addressing service desk inquiries via phone and email.
Key areas of expertise include ITIL, ServiceNow, and iManage.
The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for triaging and resolving both general IT and law firm-specific tickets.
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in ITIL, ServiceNow, and legal software applications like iManage.
Service Desk Analyst Requirements: Recent experience in IT Service Desk roles within the legal sector Background in a Legal Service Desk Analyst position Administration and support of Windows 10/11 Essential experience with ServiceNow Familiarity with law firm-specific applications, including iManage Knowledge of ITIL practices and their implementation Administration and support of Microsoft Office (M365) Experience with Active Directory Proficiency with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Skilled in using ITSM ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow The successful Legal Service Desk Analystis required to work hybrid in Bristol.
