Job Description We are recruiting for a Customer Service Support to join our client, a global pharmaceutical company based in Chester on a contract basis for 6 months.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Dutch, with French as a third language being an advantage.
Previous working experience in a customer service role dealing with emails and calls is also essential.
Salary: £19 per hour Responsibilities: Process orders in the SAP system after performing necessary validations Inform customers about quality issues related to products, recalls, or put on hold situations Handle backorders and returns for customers, including entering information into the system, obtaining approvals where necessary, informing the customer of decisions, and clearing logs Monitor all open orders until completion and address any exceptions that may arise Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and fax, and record interactions in a call tracking tool Your Background: Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with French being a distinct advantage Previous experience in a customer service role, handling emails and calls Location: This role is based at our client's site in Chester.
