Job Description:Service Desk AdvisorLocation: Bupa Place, Salford Quays or Angel Court, London or Willow House, Staines or Kirkstall Forge, Leeds Permanent ContractSalary range:£25,000-£30,500 depending on experienceFull timeWe consider all types of flexibility, including locations, hours and working patterns.We make health happenPost holders of this role will form the front line of system support for the Bupa Health Clinics systems support team.
Post holders will manage a portfolio of incidents and requests assigned to them via the ticketing system.
They will be responsible for owning the ticket and delivering a successful and prompt outcome either completing the work themselves or liaising with key contacts to ensure resolution.
Additionally, the role holder will be responsible for delivering regular tasks such as bulk messaging or data uploads.How you'll help us make health happen:To work within the clinics systems support teams to ensure that standard operations are maintained.
This may include (but is not limited to):Working on any incidents raised by clinics colleagues where support is required to ensure that the clinics systems work as expected.To deliver requests submitted by clinics colleaguesTo work on regular tasks such as sending confirmation text messages, data uploads etc.To work with internal stakeholders, key colleagues and external suppliers to ensure that each ticket is worked in an effective, timely mannerTo support as needed across all clinics systemsTo support and liaise with appropriate support teams, representing clinics colleagues with any systems that are provided by shared servicesTo support and liaise with appropriate support teams, representing clinics colleagues with any relevant hardwareTo be responsible for working their own portfolio of Service Now tickets and any tickets raised on provider support portalsTo ensure KPIs are met for personal ticket portfolioKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Previous experience working in a support desk environmentPrevious experience working with computer systemsAbility to demonstrate customer led thinking.Ability to manage own workload with minimal direct supervisionBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
