Proclinical is seeking a Service Demand Planning Associate to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal resource availability across the UK and ROI.
This role involves coordinating supply-demand processes, supporting capacity forecasts, and contributing to strategic business goals.
Responsibilities: Monitor demand and supply using digital tools, addressing imbalances proactively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues.
Support weekly demand-supply meetings with insights for supply management.
Ensure data quality and process adherence for effective supply/demand management.
Manage inventory data entry accuracy and efficiency.
Develop communication within the TS organization.
Plan resources daily through stakeholder engagement.
Update customers on project changes and manage out-of-hours planning.
Assist in mid-to-long-term demand planning and capacity forecasting.
Support inventory management and adhere to ordering guidelines.
Communicate global supply chain changes to stakeholders.
Key Skills and Requirements: Educational background or equivalent experience.
Experience in demand planning and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in enterprise information systems (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Resilience in a customer-centric environment.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
