Be a part of our wider Services and Customer Experience team As a Service Delivery Team Leader, you will work alongside the wider Services and Customer Experience teams at Softcat to ensure the customer and business are getting value.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the SDE & SDA team.
As a Service Delivery Team Leader, you'll be responsible for: Being the subject matter expert of the services being supported by the team and act as the main point of contact for escalations Management of the team and responsible for their development and performance Getting the team up to speed with the appropriate level to ensure consistency of service Collaborating with the Team Manager on a regular basis and contributing to the overall continual improvement and standardisation of the team Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and understanding and contributing to the wider Service Delivery Management & Customer Experience programmes We'd love you to have Passion for excellent Customer Service delivery and building relationships Strong collaboration and people skills and be able to hold conversations with empathy Excellent communications skills and be able to adopt a variety of communication styles across varied audiences Ability to handle feedback and be able to take actions in the most effective manner Strong leadership & organisation skills and be able to influence and drive the team decisively Work in a way that works for you We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
