Job Title: Service Level Reporting Manager Clearance : (Need Active SC Clearance) Duration: 6 Months Location: Salisbury (office full time) Job Description: Develop and Maintain Service Catalogue: Create, update, and manage the IT service catalogue, ensuring all services are accurately described and categorised.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT service owners, business units, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the catalogue meets their needs.

Service Documentation: Ensure all service descriptions, SLAs, and related documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and improve the service catalogue to enhance usability and relevance.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the service catalogue, ensuring they understand how to access and utilise the information.

Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and usage of the service catalogue.

Your skills and experience
Experience with service catalogue management tools.

Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organisational and project management skills.

Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
