Support our wider Customer Experience programmes and own the relationships of our aligned customers As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customer, partner and internal queries relating to our Managed Services.
In this role, you will own the relationship for your aligned customers engaging frequently, reporting on their services, and holding regular Service Reviews.
You will also be contributing to the strategy, processes, and overall aims of the Service Delivery.
As a Service Delivery manager , you'll be responsible for: Management of aligned customers from onboarding through to renewal Creation of monthly reports and service reviews and also provide support with contractual admin Taking ownership for continual improvement and strategy for both the team and customers Building strong relationships and rapport with several internal teams, partners, suppliers and customers Being an escalation point for customers & internal teams We'd love you to have Be passionate about the delivery of customer service and relationship building Strong communication skills with the capability to deal with a variety of communication types across varied audiences Reliable with excellent time management skills to deal with conflicting priorities Display initiative and ownership, whilst understanding limits of own authority Excellent attention to detail Work in a way that works for you We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
