Business Service Organisation Recruitment & Selection Service Delivery Manager BAND: 7 DIRECTORATE: People and Place INITIAL LOCATION: Recruitment Shared Service Centre, Armagh REPORTS TO: Deputy Head of Recruitment Shared Services ACCOUNTABLE TO: Head of Recruitment Shared Services FLEXIBLE WORKING PROVISIONS AVAILABLE: Full-time working The postholder will share responsibility for delivering a responsive and proactive, Recruitment and Selection service and innovative and effective approaches to compliance and quality to all Health and Social Care (HSC) organisations.
The postholder will manage and lead teams dedicated to the delivery of a high quality Recruitment & Selection and compliance service across the HSC.
The postholder will join the Service Delivery Manager Team in customer engagement through a range of mechanisms including regular operational meetings to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are delivered to the required standards, ensuring that the Head of Service is regularly updated and alerted to any arising issues of concern.
The postholder will work with a range of managers/senior managers across HSC organisations to agree priorities for ensuring strategies are deployed to meet a wide range of needs including: Attraction/Management of Labour Market impacts on Operational Processing; Collaborative Recruitment; Improving Candidate/Management Experience; Marketing of the Recruitment Centres Service Offerings.
