What you will be doing You will be an integral part of the organisations implementation of the ITIL framework, ensuring resolution and minimising disruption to users and operations.
You will also be a trusted part of the support process, communicating with vendors to ensure that there is a process for creating resolutions and seeing issues through to completion.
We need you to have ITIL certification Service delivery experience Experience of supporting users with vendors To be considered..
