An exciting opportunity has arisen within our aftersales department for a Customer Service Advisor to support the administrative function of the department.
Primary Responsibilities & Tasks:   Manage daily work order input ensuring accurate allocation of labour resource and parts.
Proactively manage the open work orders to ensure timely billing of completed jobs to both internal and external customer base.
General Administrative duties and accurate record keeping within the Service Department Updates and maintains databases and systems to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others.
Builds and maintains customer relationships.
Assume responsibilities as Health & Safety co-ordinator, ensuring all statutory inspections are completed as per Legal Requirement and company H&S Management System   You will have:   1-3 years of experience working in customer service is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills Problem solving skills.
High attention to detail Full UK driving license Knowledge of IT systems Excellent time keeping Flexible           What Makes You Stand Out:    Ability to learn quickly.
Flexible way of working Creative problem solving Pro-active team player, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills Understanding of John Deere products and the forestry sector is an advantage, but not essential.
