Service Coordinator - Exeter - Immediate Start - £26k - £28k D.O.E.
- 32 DAYS HOLIDAYS - FREE PARKING.
To work in a small, friendly, outgoing busy team of x 4, looking after 4 x Engineers.
Small friendly, outgoing, Lots of communication with customers by phone, email and in writing on a daily basis.
Coordinating appointments to suit both Customer and Engineer for all, installations, repairs, servicing and upgrades.
Checking Warranties and ensuring all customer records are fully updated, are compliant, accurate and correct, calculate costings ready for invoicing.
