Service Coordinator (Temp to Perm) Full-time office working in Droitwich Working Hours: 37.5 hour working week, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (30 minute lunch) Temp-perm opportunity Pay Rate: Between £11.79- £12.31 per hour dependant on experience We are looking for an candidate with excellent organisational skills, who has a keen interest in the IT sector.
If you have experience in stock allocation and working with a variety of systems, this could be the role for you!
DBS Check will be conducted for a successful candidate Service Coordinator - Duties & Responsibilities: Controlling, managing and allocating stock.
Liaising daily with internal departments to ensure everything is up to date.
Managing customer inventories in line with what has been agreed.
Requesting and booking Engineers to site as and when required.
Raising orders for parts and obtaining accurate PO numbers.
Producing volume reports.
Service Coordinator - Skills & Requirements: Proven administration and IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality standards.
Experience in stock control and IT is preferred.
High attention to detail and problem solving skills.
