This is an opportunity for a Qualified Service Controller to join their team of experienced Service Controller based in Farnham.

Providing top-notch customer service by efficiently handling customer inquiries and requests for onsite repairs, via phone and email.

Collaborating with the parts team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts in preparation for technician visits.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues over the phone and in writing.
