Job DescriptionService Advisor / Controller required in the Aldershot / Farnham area of Hampshire / Surrey.We are working with an Engineering company in the Aldershot / Farnham area who are looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Controller to join their busy team.
Salary is circa 28k based on 42.5 hours per weekLocation is Aldershot / Farnham, Hampshire / SurreyJob Role:As a Service Controllers / Advisor you will be an integral part of the Service Department with emphasis on promptly organising appropriate resources to resolve situations quickly and ensure communication is kept flowing, externally and internally.Your key responsibilities will include:To receive, record and relay relevant information for all call-outsTo monitor and arrange Engineer availabilityTo keep customers informed of timescales and ensure Engineers attend as soon as possibleBeing the point of contact for any service enquiriesContributing effectively to administration processesDealing with all telephone calls in a polite and professional manner and having the ability to deal with conflict whilst remaining diplomaticKey skills we are looking for:Effective team playerExcellent time management skills; able to prioritise time and work well under pressureThe ability to provide high levels of customer careWillingness to help both internal and external customersProactive, flexible and positive can-do attitudeIT Proficient
