Service Controller / Administrator

Service Controller/Administrator Location: Carlisle Salary: £25,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Adecco is thrilled to partner with our well-established client to recruit a Service Controller/Administrator to join their team in Carlisle.
Key Responsibilities: Responding to telephone enquiries from customers and engineers, ensuring efficient communication.
Logging breakdowns and service requests, coordinating engineer attendance, and adhering to customer procedures for equipment repair and servicing.
Maintaining effective communication with engineers and other team members.
Accurately processing engineer's work orders and timesheets daily.
Delivering excellent customer service and front-line support to customers and team members alike.
Requirements: Strong telephone communication skills with a confident and professional manner.
Proficient in computer systems and data input.
A commitment to providing high-quality customer care.
